A Night in Italy
A Night in Italy is an immersive experience featuring the greatest hits of Italian music — from iconic opera and traditional folk songs to quintessential Italian classics and select contemporary music. Four solo singers and symphony orchestra are accompanied by breathtaking images and projections that transport the audience to the lush countrysides, historic architecture, and magnificent monuments of Italy.
A Night in Italy was created by Kevin Babuder, a highly regarded Hollywood-based Film and TV arranger, conductor, and orchestrator. His distinguished career includes collaborations with Hans Zimmer, Ben Platt, the London Symphony Orchestra, and Disney. Kevin Babuder has developed and successfully toured numerous high-caliber symphonic shows across the United States. His latest and most ambitious endeavor is "A Night in Italy", a sophisticated, visually stunning touring production designed for premier symphonic and theatrical venues.

A Night in Italy – Conductor and Creator
Conductor Kevin Babuder has led many orchestras in live performances and in film and television sound stages. As an orchestrator, Kevin teamed up with Hans Zimmer on the Oscar-nominated short film “The Simpsons: The Longest Daycare.” Kevin has conducted numerous symphonies including the Wichita Symphony Orchestra and the Garland Symphony, and his music has been performed and recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra, the San Diego Symphony, the Omaha Symphony, the Pacific Symphony, the Prague Symphony, and the finest Hollywood studio orchestras, among many others.
Kevin conducted orchestras and choruses at Skywalker Sound at the Lucas Ranch in Marin County, California. As a music educator, Kevin aspires to bring innovation, creativity, and adaptability to dynamic 21st century performing arts instruction. Kevin is a graduate of the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami, Florida; the Aspen Music Festival and School; and the Nadia Boulanger music theory training program at the E’cole Normale de Musique de Paris.
Kevin began his career as an accomplished professional bassoonist, performing in the Florida Grand Opera orchestra, the Miami City Ballet orchestra, and with the Key West Symphony. Kevin resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife Annie and their three children.
